Frequently Asked Questions
What time does school start/end?
Arrival: All students must arrive between 7:30am and 7:45am. Students are considered late after 7:55am.
Dismissal: Pre-K dismissal is at 2:30pm and K-8 dismissal is at 2:40pm.
Is there free lunch/breakfast?
Yes, we offer free breakfast and lunch. The students must sign up as each meal is subsidized and needs to be kept track of.
Is there an after school program?
Yes, the Beacon After School Program is for students in grades K-8. Please contact Dee D'Aulerio (Director) for more information, 215-288-8101. We also have an after school program for Pre-K. Please contact the school for more information: 215-743-5909.
What is "Par" vs. "Non-Par Tuition?"
"Par" stands for "Participating." This means that you are a participating member of Holy Innocents Parish. We give student discounts to those families who are registered at Holy Innocents, attend Mass regularly and give financial and spiritual support to the parish. If you are not Catholic, or not an active participant at Holy Innocents, you will be in the "Non-Par" tuition category.
Currently Enrolled Students
Re-registration for current students for the 2017-2018 school year will be Monday, February 6, 2017 from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Your child's place will only be held AFTER you have made your 1st payment of tuition deposit and registration fees. If you are behind in your tuition payments, you will not be able to register for the following school year.
Siblings of Currently Enrolled Students
Registration for siblings of current students will begin on February 13, 2017. Please make a note on the survey form (which will be sent in the communication folder) that you want to register additional children.
New student registration for the 2017-2018 school year will be March 7th from 9 AM to 11:30 AM, and March 8th from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. We regularly fill our lower grade classrooms. You are only guaranteed a spot when you have completed the enrollment and billing agreement on the TADS System and paid your Tuition Deposit and Registration Fees. To begin the registration process, please fill out and return the completed application.

Class Supply Lists
Please make sure your student has the correct supplies. There are some supplies that need to be purchased at school and some that can be purchased outside of school -- please take note of which is which. Please do not send prohibited supplies, they are noted on the list and will be sent home if brought to school. Click here to view the 2016-2017 school supply lists.
Please see the flyers and handbook for uniform requirements. All uniforms must have the school logo on them. There is a uniform exchange at the school each summer and at back to school night, please call to make an appointment AFTER your child is registered to look through the used uniforms.
