This tuition rate is for those families who consider themselves Catholic, but do not participate in weekly Mass or do not contribute financially and spiritually to the Church, or those families who are not Catholic.

There are no family discounts for the Pre-K program. Each child enrolled will be charged according to the Participating or Non-Participating rate of tuition per child. This will be in addition to

the older children's tuition in the family.

PAYMENT PLANS


There are 3 payment plans: 

A) Full Year Tuition (Pay the full tuition at once in June)


B) Two Half-Year Payments (Once in June, Once in December)


C) 12 Month Plan (Pay over 12 months beginning in May before your child begins school and ending April of the school year).*

*We pay on a 12 month tuition plan from May to April the following year. This helps keep our monthly tuition rates low, even though the children are only in school from September to June.



FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


If I don't register until after May, do I still have to pay my May payment? 

There is no pro-rated or discounted rate if you begin your payments after May - the tuition rate is for the September to June School year, but the payments are spread out among 12 months. 


If I have a child in K-8 and a child in Pre-K do I get the two children discount? 

No. Pre-K Tuition does not include a multiple child discount. 

If you have one or more children in Pre-K, you pay for each Pre-K child PLUS the rate for other children. 


How do I pay for tuition? Can it be cash, check, credit or through my bank? 

Yes. There are many ways to pay for tuition. We use the TADS Tuition Management System. When you set up your account, you may choose which method of payment you would like. All payments go directly to TADS, we do not collect tuition at the school or rectory. 

*If using a credit card, there will be a transaction fee. It is recommended to send a check by mail or set up an automatic payment through your bank account. 


If I register and put my deposit down, but then have to leave Holy Innocents, do I get a full refund? 

No. Your Registration Fees and Deposit are not refunded. They are what hold your child's place at Holy Innocents and help pay for our Registration costs at TADS. If you have begun your tuition payments, however, those may be refunded. 


What does "TADS" stand for? 

​TADS is an acronym for "Tuition Aid Data Services." TADS is our Tuition Management System. All families must sign up for TADS when they register. All billing will go through TADS. If you need assistance or do not have access to the internet at home, our Tuition Officer, Nancy, is able and willing to assist. You may call the rectory to make an appointment with her. 

*NOTE: Pre-K tuition is in addition to the K-8 rates. Multiple student discounts apply to grades K-8 ONLY.
